About ProductLlama
Every complaint your customers made this quarter, grouped, ranked, with revenue attached.
What we do
Unified feedback synthesis with money attached. It ingests every channel, clusters feedback by underlying problem rather than by the words used, which is where keyword tagging fails completely, and quantifies each theme by how many customers raised it, how much revenue those customers represent, and how strongly it correlates with churn and expansion. New and emerging themes are surfaced as they appear rather than at quarterly review. Every theme links back to the verbatim source so a product manager can read the actual words.
Who we built it for
Product leaders and heads of customer experience at 100 to 3,000 person software and subscription companies, where feedback arrives through six channels and is synthesised by nobody.
The problem
Customer feedback arrives in support tickets, app store reviews, sales call recordings, churn surveys, community posts and account manager notes, and it is read by different people who each form an impression.
Nobody aggregates it, so the roadmap is set by whoever argued most persuasively in the meeting, and the thing that is actually costing the most revenue goes unnoticed for a year.

The one promise
The free tool on this site is genuinely free and genuinely useful. It does not withhold the answer behind an email form, it does not degrade after a trial, and it does not exist to harvest your data. If it helps you and you never pay us, that is a fine outcome.
See exactly what comes back, and what it costs
Paste an email, a ticket or a page of notes. See it turned into typed fields, with the token cost of the call. Runs in your browser. No account, no card, no call.
